Cancellation Policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A. Right of Withdrawal
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter).
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you may submit your declaration electronically via the contact form on the website.
If you do so, confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal will be sent to you without delay (e.g., by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), will be reimbursed without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal is received.
The same means of payment that you used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.
The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the seller.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or specification of the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This specifically includes original artworks, commissioned pieces, personalized creations, and unique one-of-a-kind works produced according to customer specifications.
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a legal defect exists within the meaning of Sections 922 et seq. ABGB (Austrian Civil Code).
